My topic appeals to me because I am curious to know how much society revolves around the media . I choose this topic because this decade revolves around the growth of technology and I want to know if technology's growth affected growth in media.
What do you already know about this subject?
I already know that the media plays a huge part in the world negatively but not so much on the positive side.

I am hoping to learn how to use the media positively and maybe use it to affect the world.
What are you most interested in regarding the topic?
I am most interested in finding out how the media affects the world other than socially (politically etc.) and how we can use it for the benefit of the world.
What potential risks or challenges do you foresee for your project?
Potential risks or challenges I foresee is not being able to find community service for my topic, to find research that I can use/to actually find information relevant and if this the topic I really want to right about.
You might consider narrowing it down. The media is such a broad topic, that you might wish to simply do television, or movies, or music, or newspaper, etc. As for community service, I am stumped on this one at the moment, but I will check and see if I can't find something that will work for you. The community service can also come in the form of you putting the word out there, setting up a booth, passing out pamplhets, etc.
